Hourly Rates
Blocks of hourly time are purchased beforehand at a reduced price. Although they are non-refundable, they never expire, and all children in the same immediate family can use them.

Infant Rates (4-12 months)
- Hourly rate: $15
- Requires a 48-hour notice to schedule

3-Month Contracted Rates
This service is perfect for regular customers who require traditional daily care for their children.
- Full-time care provides up to 48 hours per week
- Part-time care provides up to 27 hours per week
- These weekly rates require a 3-month contract
- To receive the 3+ year old rate, children must be completely potty-trained

Did your prices go up?
Yes. Our last price increase was in January of 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our desire to provide quality childcare by hiring and retaining great employees.
How can I pay?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Money Orders
- Personal Check *
- Credit Card **
* Returned check fee is $35
** Additional 4.5% fee added for all credit card transactions, plus a $35 fee for declined cards
Do you provide meals?
No. We apologize for the inconvenience, but meal catering is no longer offered. Please pack the appropriate amount of food for your child. Also, please do not pack whole nuts or candy.

Is there a registration fee?
Yes. There is a $75 annual registration fee per family due by the end of the second visit
Are there early drop-off or late pickup fees?
There is a $1-per-child-per-minute charge for anyone dropping off their child before or picking up their child after their scheduled time, with a 5-minute grace period.
Late/Early Fee Examples:
- A child picked up 4 minutes late will not be charged a fee
- A child dropped off 8 minutes early will be charged an $8 fee
- Two children picked up 8 minutes late will be charged a $16 fee
Are there cancellation fees?
Typically, there are no cancellation fees. However, cancellations not made within 24 hours are charged their full reserved time.
